Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Trial Period: New users may be offered an initial trial that provides full access to all premium features for a limited time. The standard trial lasts 3 days at a price of USD $1.95 (or the equivalent in your local currency shown at checkout). In some regions, a shorter 1-day trial may be offered instead. The applicable trial price and length are shown to you before you start the trial and are charged immediately upon sign-up through your selected payment method. Your trial payment may be processed as two separate charges (for example, two charges that add up to the trial price) in order to activate the subscription and confirm that your payment method supports recurring charges. The total amount charged equals the trial price shown to you, whether it is processed as one transaction or two. Only one trial period is permitted per user.

Standard Subscription Pricing: Unless canceled before the end of your trial period, your trial will automatically convert to the standard subscription plan selected during sign-up. The standard subscription rate begins immediately after the trial, and the first standard charge occurs upon trial expiration. The plan, price, and billing frequency that apply to you are shown before you subscribe and in your account settings. After this first charge, billing recurs at the interval for your plan, which may be daily, every few days, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or quarterly. For example, a weekly plan is then billed every 7 days, and a monthly plan every 28 days. Your subscription remains active until canceled.

Base Pricing and Add-Ons: Base subscription pricing includes unlimited access to 1:1 psychic readings through chat with our astrologers. The subscription also includes complimentary astrological resources provided at no separate charge, including the Soulmate Sketch Reading, Palmistry Reading Report, Your Astrocartography Report, Numerology Report, Tarot readings, Natal Chart Report, Compatibility Reading, Future Baby Sketch Reading, and more, along with daily and monthly horoscopes, in-app guides, and video courses. These resources exist to support and enhance your consultation experience and have no independent commercial value. Access to all of the above depends on an active subscription and ends when the subscription is cancelled or expires.

Subscription plans differ in price and billing interval. Depending on the offer you selected, a plan may renew daily, every few days, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or quarterly. Recurring prices currently start at USD $49.95 every 28 days (or the equivalent in your local currency shown at checkout). The most common plan renews every 28 days at USD $49.95 (or the equivalent in your local currency shown at checkout). The plan, price, and billing frequency that apply to you are shown before you subscribe and in your account settings. Some services are sold separately as one-time purchases and are not included in the subscription. These include items such as faster delivery of your sketch, the Real Soulmate Sketch, additional soulmate details, Your Second Soulmate Sketch, faster delivery of certain reports (for example, your natal chart, astrocartography, or baby sketch), and live 1:1 astrologer calls. One-time purchase prices currently range from approximately USD $4.99 to USD $32.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency shown at checkout) and are clearly displayed before you complete each purchase.

Promotional Plans and Regional Pricing: AKIRA may periodically offer special promotional plans at discounted pricing. These promotional plans may have limited availability, be region-specific, be seasonally restricted, have different feature sets than standard plans, and are subject to change without notice. Features and limitations will be clearly communicated at the time of offer. Prices may be displayed in your local currency. Your exact price will be clearly shown during the sign-up process. Final rates vary based on local sales tax and VAT requirements, regional pricing adjustments, currency conversion rates, geographic market conditions, purchasing power parity, current promotions, and seasonal offerings. You will be charged the exact amount shown during your sign-up. No hidden fees or additional charges will be added after sign-up.

Payment Security and Policies: All payments are processed securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as select regional payment methods. We offer a price lock guarantee for existing subscribers; pricing changes only affect new subscriptions. In the event of a failed payment, we will make multiple retry attempts over a 30-day period. If payment is not successfully processed within 30 days, your account will be suspended. Bank fees for declined payments are the customer's responsibility. Subscription fees include applicable sales tax and VAT. Paid add-on services are billed separately and include applicable taxes. All taxes are calculated and displayed before purchase.

Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date. Cancellations can be processed through our Cancellation Portal (recommended), by following the guided process in our Help Center, or by emailing customer support at help@tryakira.co. Following cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, and there are no automatic renewals after cancellation. Account reactivation is available at current rates. Subscription features may vary by region.
